  1. I found out. Highster mobile was installed on my phone from my girlfriend. I would like it OFF. How can I get this spyware OFF?????

    • Hi Zeek,

      The only certain way is to make a factory reset. Note that you won’t only remove spy software, you will also remove all your data.

      You will need to install Highster Mobile on Android cell phone you want to monitor. Once you install the app, you will be able to login to your online control panel from your iOS, computer, tablet or any other device and monitor all target phone activities.   3. Dear All

    I purchased this product and installed on my iphone 4s last month. Till now am not getting any updates from the server. When am trying to contact the technical team or the customer service team they are always asking me to re install the program. I did the same process several times but till noe there is no use. If i ask for the refund, they are saying that i already installd the program and they cannt able to refund the amount. If the the program is not working properly, they have to do the alternate arrangement to rectify or suppose to refund the amount. From the day of purchase am running behind the technical support team to resolve the issue. But till now they are not responding well and still am waitng to resolve. Now you can thing about this program before you are going to buy.

      Yes iPhone needs to be jailbroken in order to install apps form other places than app store.

      If you can’t access to the target iPhone then you might be interesting in mSpy. mSpy is the only software on the market that does not require jailbreaking or physical access.     I have used highster for about a year now and it works pretty good (although the support seems to be run by a computer) my son broke his phone so I bought him another one along with a new highster account. When I purchased it, on my user/email it put a ” _1″ on the end of my email. Instead of reading [email protected] it now reads [email protected]_1. Seems harmless enough but the mobile app will not log me in. It says its not a valid email address. I can log on to the PC fine but not the mobile app which is what I use all the time. I did put a support ticket in but they said it was generated because another one exists. I understand that but it does not solve my problem of logging in the mobile app. I did suggest deleting my first account or changing my user. as of today I just get computor generated support. Do you have any pull with them to get to the root of this problem?

    If I buy Highster and install it on an unrooted Android, what features will work and how? I have NO intention of rooting!! How does recording surroundings work? Do I set a time when I want it to start/stop? How long is it possible to record? Is call recording oneway or twoway? Is Highster in stealthmode, or is it visible on targetphone?

    • Hi Linda,
      Spy softwares does not support social network features if the target phone isn’t rooted. Also sometimes call recording feature does not work and some of SMS commands.

      Once you have installed the app and designate a control number, every phone call from the control phone will result with the activation of the target phones microphone. A regular (normal) call cannot be made without removing the Control Number in your control panel.

      Call recording
      The maximum time of each recorded call is 15 minutes. Any call lasting longer than 15 minutes will be truncated. You can set the call record for 2 specific numbers and when the call is made recording begins.

      When you install the app it is visible with name Device. It will be visible as long as you hide traceability with SMS command. After that the spy app is in stealth mode and completely invisible and target person won’t be able to spot it.

  10. Hi I have recently purchased Highster and installed it.
    As I will not get access to this phone again so I decided to buy a new mobile install this and then gift. I have already installed and inserted the target sim number but no sim, as it is not available with me while installation.
    Do you think, this will work, as I tried inserting another sim and sending a test message, but it does not show in the logs.
    Neither do facebook activity shows.
    I re-rooted the HTC One mobile too.
    Only it shows the browser history, contacts from my account and apps history.
    Please explain as this has to be fool proof and I will not be able to easily get hold of that mobile again.
    Additionally, somewhere I read that it is also possible through bluetooth scanner. How does that work? can I install BT scanner in my mobile and track the target mobile?
    Last thing, does the target mobile needs to have the internet package? As the target phone user only works on wifi and no data.

    • Hi Jai,
      I think it won’t work. You will have to find the way to take the target phone and install it.
      With BT scanner you will maybe be able to retrieve text messages, call logs, emails and GPS location up to 25 miles and it is preferred to be as close as possible. Also BT scanner does not wotk as it should and sometimes you will not be able to set it up.
      The btscanner must be downloaded and installed to a computer.

      The problems which can show up are Bluetooth Scanner compatibility and Jave Runtime Environment.

      Bluetooth Scanner is compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista. If you want to run BT scanner on Windows 7 or higher then you need to change the compatibilty mode. Follow this instructions:

  12. If you want to use the other things on the app I was told by highster mobile tech help the target phone needs to be rooted.
    But you can get alot of info on recorded calls when it works (if) and from text messages, but only if the text messages are not sent and then right away deleted as then they dont show up on the list unlike highster says they will!

    I purchased the highster mobile app for a tmobile samsung galaxy avant running android version 4.2 and in answer to your question, yes every comand I have sent to the target phone has shown up so the person useing the target phone can see it.
    So I just dont use the comands, because its not any type of spy anything if they can see it!
    Also I have had nothing but problems with this app the whole time I have had it!
    First got the app , only would see call /text logs, open apps, installed apps, and gps logs(only when gps on target phone was on!) Again not a spy app if the user turns off the gps!
    Yes you could send a text comand to turn on gps, but they would see it.
    The ap use to give me little of the information that I wanted, but since I have had to uninstall and reinstall app several times. And now had to upgrade to the newest version of the app, that works even less the the older one!
    Now the app shows up on the app list and cant be hidden or deteted with the tracability text comand!
    Im sure with at this point I will not get a refund as I have had it about 2 months but with 7 submitted help tickets the time I have had it.
    I do not think that highster mobile spy does what they say they or the app will do.
    And the tech help is a joke!

    • Same problem for me as well. I think the system has been misrepresented in some of its applications. THe only ones that consistently work are call log and SMS. Not sure if the out going *67 calls show up on the call log.

      Only few of the spy features work if the target phone isn’t rooted. In order to get other spy features you will have to root the target phone.

  16. Hey, going to purchase regardless. But just wondering what information can I retrieve from a non-jailbroken iPhone? Will I only be able to use the blootooth scanner? And what information can I retrieve with only this?

    • Hi Johnny,

      You wont be able to install the app if the iPhone is not jailbroken because this allow you to install applications from various sources in addition to those found in the Apple Store.
      With BT scanner you will maybe be able to retrieve text messages, call logs, emails and GPS location. I would not suggest you to use it because it is hard to set this thing up. My suggestion is to jailbreak iPhone and install the app on it.

  17. I am trying to install highster mobile on Galaxy note 2. However when I try to install I get.error message, ” NOTE NOT FOUND. MAY HAVE BEEN DELETED OR MOVED”. What is that mean ? Any solutions I was using Stealthgenie before.

    I bought the product and by following the instruction program was installed on the target phone. I pretty sure that everything was done in proper way.
    When I login to the control centre I can’t see any viber or Facebook logs. Gps doesn’t show the target and the microphone is not working. Only sms and call history are available to see. Basically most of things are not working. GSM/CDMA is setup, call regarding is ON, unknown sources – tick on. I tried to uninstal the system but I couldn’t find any application called “ilfsmsgpspy”. HELP!

  19. I have installed the software and can see updates of call logs and sms.. but nothing for Whatsapp. ? It stays on “No record found”. And I have sent a whatsapp to the target phone about 5 hours ago. Also the location doesn’t update. It stays on the same location as 6 hours ago… and the phone have moved alot!

      If you want for the Android devices to get WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype, email, BBM, Viber and Instagram features to work you will need do root the target Android cell phone or tablet. All other spy softwares also This require that Android devices are rooted to get social media logs. Fortunately these things can be done for FREE and are easy to do.
      If the target phone disable Location Services then you won’t be able to see GPS logs.
      For GPS this target phone settings must be on (Android):
      1.) Tap: Apps – Settings – More – Location Services.
      2.) VZW location services (for Verizion Wireless customers).
      3.) Standalone GPS services.
      4.) WiFi mobile network location.

  21. I just installed highster mobile app on android device. It’s showing call logs but Call Recording is not working. Out of 20 call logs, there is only 1 file in Call Recording tab and that too on 0 bytes. Is Call Recording working for anyone else on Android ?

      Problems which can show up:
      1.) Some phones have an auto-answering feature which enables the phone to accept or acknowledge an incoming call. Make sure the auto-answer feature is set to: Off/Disable.
      2.) Check to make sure that the control number was entered correctly during the installation proces. The format: 1234567890 (no dashes or parenthesis).

      To start receiving recorded calls from the target phone first thing you need to do is to turn the call recorder “ON”. To turn the call recorder “ON” you need to:
      1. Login to your User Control Panel.
      2. Locate the “Call Recording” option.
      3. In Call Recording option set “ON”.
      Also check your Highster Mobile version and also target phone Network settings does it GSM/CDMA.

      One license key is secured for one phone and you can’t uninstall it and install software on another phone. You will need to refund and purchase software again. Than install software on the target phone. If you want to track two phones you will need to buy 2 license keys.
